Send budget as a dollar value. For example, 100 sets a $100 budget. Decimals are allowed. The endpoint returns the stored dollar value.
Users with a custom per-user override keep that override. After storing the default, Toqan makes a best-effort pass that can remove existing blocks when spending is within the new effective budget. It does not create new blocks, and the response does not report the result of this pass.
This endpoint requires an enterprise admin token, not an API key. See Enterprise Admin API for authentication details and User budget model for budget precedence.
