This endpoint accepts an empty request body. It returns cleared: true when an existing tenant default was removed. If no tenant default exists, it returns 200 with cleared: false.
Users with a custom per-user override keep that override. Clearing the tenant default does not immediately re-evaluate existing user blocks.
This endpoint requires an enterprise admin token, not an API key. See Enterprise Admin API for authentication details and User budget model for budget precedence.
