The budget and tier_budget fields contain dollar values. source is tenant when a tenant default is configured. It is tier when the tier budget is the fallback.
The tier_budget field always shows the current tier budget for comparison.
This endpoint requires an enterprise admin token, not an API key. See Enterprise Admin API for authentication details and User budget model for budget precedence.
